INGREDIENTS:
-1/2 of avocado,sliced -1/2 Cup Chedar Cheese, shredded -1 Spelt Tortilla -1/2 tomato -1 spoon of cream cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Place a tortilla in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. 2. Cover with half of the cheese and top with the avocado slices and add tomato. 3. Cover with cream cheese and tortilla, slightly pressing down. 4. Cook in the saute pan for 4 minutes total, turning halfway through. 5. Cut into wedges and serve.
