Cinnamon Rolls
📍Dough
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 cup milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup butter softened
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
4 cups flour
📍Filling
1 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
1.For the rolls, dissolve the yeast in the warm milk in a large bowl. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
2.To the bowl of your mixer add the sugar, butter, salt, eggs, and flour and mix until well incorporated.
3.Pour the milk/yeast mixture over the flour mixture and using the dough hook, mix well until well incorporated.
4.Place the dough into an oiled bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place about 1 hour.
5.Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
6.Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface, until it is approximately 16 inches long by 12 inches wide.
7.Sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon evenly over the surface of the dough.
8.Roll the dough down to the bottom edge.
9.Cut the dough into slices,cover with a clean kitchen towel and let them rise for another 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
10.Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
11.Place the baking pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes
