Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

1 container of Greek yogurt

½ cup oats

½ cup fresh or frozen berries or peaches

Directons:

  1. Use a glass jar.

  2. Add yogurt.

  3. Add some berries, for a thin layer.

  4. Next, add oats. Top with yogurt and more berries or peaches.

  5. Close jar tightly and leave in fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight.

  6. In the morning, open jar, toss in nuts, eat up right away. 

  7. Optional you can add: chopped nuts and dried fruit.
