Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
1 container of Greek yogurt
½ cup oats
½ cup fresh or frozen berries or peaches
Directons:

Use a glass jar.

Add yogurt.

Add some berries, for a thin layer.

Next, add oats. Top with yogurt and more berries or peaches.

Close jar tightly and leave in fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight.

In the morning, open jar, toss in nuts, eat up right away.

Optional you can add: chopped nuts and dried fruit.
