Triple Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
-120 ml milk
-75 g frozen strawberries
-75 g frozen blueberries
-75 g frozen raspberries

Preparation:

Blend for 2 minute or until desired consistency is reached.

Basil Smash

Ingredients:
-50 ml Gin
-1 bunch basil leaves (if in doubt as to how much, go heavy on the basil)
-25ml fresh lemon juice
-15ml sugar syrup

Method:

Place basil and lemon into a cocktail shaker. Gently muddle the lemon and basil “smashing” the ingredients. Add sugar syrup and gin and top up with ice. Shake vigorously . Double strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with basil leaves.

Mojito Coctail

Recipe:

-100ml fresh of lime
-fresh mint leaves
-2 teaspoons sugar
-1 cup of crushed ice
-400 ml of club soda


For adults🔞 just add 70 ml of rum

Iced Latte

Recipe :

-70 ml espresso

- 70 ml milk

- ice

- whipped cream

-caramel sauce

- nuts

Preparation:

1. Fill a tall glass with ice, and pour in the freshly espresso.

2. Pour the milk into a big glass, stopping when the glass is ¾ full.

3. Seal the glass tightly, and shake it.

4. Add into glass caramel sauce , coffee with milk, whipped cream and nuts.

Detox Water With Lemon Juice and Blueberries

Ingredients:
-Cold Water
- Lemon juice
-Blueberries

Green Vegetable Juice

Recipe:
-1 small or 1/2 large Apple
-1/2 Cucumber
-2 Celery stalks
-1 cup Spinach
-Juice from 1/2 Lemon
-1/4 inch piece of Ginger, optional
-1 cup Water

Directions for making juice in a blender (without juicer):
Rinse cucumber, celery,spinach and apple in running water.Cut cucumber, celery and apple into pieces.Pour 1 cup water in a blender jar. Add cucumber, celery, apple, spinach and ginger.Blend until smooth puree. Add lemon juice.

Mulled Wine

Ingredients

-1 bottle of dry red wine
-1 sliced orange
-1 sliced apple
-8 whole cloves
-2 Cinnamon sticks
-6 Cardamons
-4 tablespoons Brown sugar

Directions:
1.Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and turn on heat to medium -low and leave 15 minutes. Not to boil the mulled wine -optimal temperature 70-80 degrees.
2.Serve warm with slice of orange.

Aperol Spritz

Ingredients:
•3 parts prosecco
•2 parts Aperol
•1 part soda water
•Slice of orange

Method:
Pour over ice and top with a slice of orange (i like when it serve in a large bowl-style wine glass)

GIN AND GINGER COCKTAIL

Ingredients:

* 1/2 oz ginger syrup
* 2 oz gin of choice
* 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
* 2 oz ginger beer
* 3-4 dashes lime bitters, optional

INSTRUCTIONS
In a glass, muddle lime with ginger syrup.  Add gin, lime juice, ginger beer, and a couple dashes of lime bitters. Stir together. Add ice.Garnish with lime wedges and additional mint leaves.
