- cherry tomatoes
- fried egg

- honey dijon sauce
Method
1. Spread 4 teaspoons of honey dijon sauce on bottom half of each croissant
2. Top each toasted croissant half with 1 slice ham, cheese and cherry tomatoes.
3. Place fried egg and salad over egg on croissant.
4. Top each with remaining croissant half.
