Couscous with Vegetables and Eggs

Ingredients:

-Couscous
-Eggs
-Red sweet pepper
-Cucumber
-Spinach baby
-Soy sauce

Preparation:

1.In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring stock to a boil. Add couscous and stir. Cook for 3 minutes.

2. Place eggs in a saucepan or pot and cover with cold water.Cook 8 minutes. Cut 8 pieces 

3. Cut cucumbers, red sweet papper.

4. To small boxes add baby spinach , cutted cucumbers, red peppers , cooked couscous and boiled eggs. Add soy sauce.
