Easy Prosciutto Pizza

Ingredients
-Pizza dough
-3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
-7 slices of prosciutto chopped
-1 cup of fresh Parmesan shavings
-1 cups of small balls mozarella

 

Preparation:
-Preheat oven to 200°
-Flour baking sheet
-Drizzle pizza with 1 tablespoon olive oil
-Bake until crusts are brown, about 5 minutes
-Top pizza with prosciutto, mozzarella, and Parmesan
-Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and serve immediately with glass of wine.

Ingredients
For the dough
300g strong white bread flour, plus extra for dusting
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp sea salt
2 tsp rapeseed oil
150–175ml lukewarm water

For the topping
120g passata
1 tbsp tomato purée
½ tsp dried mixed herbs
½ tsp sea salt
1 mozzarella ball, torn into small pieces
10 pepperoni slices
100 gr mushrooms
100 gr tomatoes
50 gr olives
30g cheddar, grated

Homemade Pizza with Pepperoni

Method
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C and place a large baking tray upside-down on a shelf.

To make the dough, sift the flour and baking powder into a large bowl. Add the salt and a pinch of pepper, then stir in the oil. Make a well in the centre, then stir in the warm water and mix to a soft dough, drawing the flour in from the side of the bowl a little at a time – you might need to add another 25ml/1fl oz water if the dough is a little dry; you want it to be slightly sticky and soft.

Tip the dough onto a lightly floured work surface and knead for 2 minutes, until smooth and springy.

Place a sheet of greaseproof paper on the work surface, then dust with a little flour and place the dough on top of it. Carefully roll the dough out into a 30cm disc, roughly the thickness of a pound coin. Pick the paper up and carefully slide it onto the hot baking tray in the oven. Bake for 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, pour the passata into a bowl, then add the tomato purée, mixed herbs and sea salt and black pepper and mix.

Remove the dough tray from the oven. Cover the base with the tomato sauce, using the back of a spoon, leaving a small gap around the edges of the dough. Scatter the mozzarella over the tomato sauce, then top with the pepperoni and cheddar , mushrooms , tomatoes and olives.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until the base has puffed up and is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbling. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.

Pizza from supermarket

Also, you can buy pizza's in the supermarket. Preheat the oven to 180C and place a large baking tray upside-down on a shelf and put pizza and bake it around 10 min.

You can add to pizza from supermarket any other toppings you fancy at this point

RECIPE PREPARATION

  • Preheat oven to 200°.

  • Flour baking sheet.

  • Drizzle pizza with 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Bake until crusts are brown, about 5 minutes.

  • Top pizza with prosciutto, arugula, and Parmesan.

  •  Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and serve immediately.

Cheesy Pizza Homemade

Ingredients:
-Pizza dough
-White sauce with garlic powder
-Blue cheese
-Mozzarella
-Mozzarella Buffalo
-Cheddar
-Oregano
-Arugula

Preparation:
Add to pizza dough white sauce with garlic powder and season with a layer of mozzarella cheese, cheddar,bleu cheese and season with mozzarella Buffalo.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes or until the edge of the pizza will prove to be completely gilded.

Tuna and Red Onion Pizza 

Pizza dough
-1 thin pizza base
-1,5 cups bread flour
-15 g fresh yeast
-120 ml warm water
-0,5 tbsp sugar
-0,5 tbsp salt
-4 tbsp oil
Pizza Topping - for 1 pizza
-80g can tuna chuncks
-1 small red onion, finely sliced
-15 black olives, seeded
-200 g mozzarella, round slices
-150 g tomatoes cherry,slices on half
-dry oregano
-15 g fresh basil leaves

 

Tomato Sauce
-150 g fresh tomatoes, peeled
-1 tbsp olive oil
-0,5 tbsp garlic powder
-0,5 tbsp sugar
-0,5 tbsp dried oregano
-salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions
1.In a large bowl, mix flour with salt and sugar.

2.Dissolve the fresh yeast in warm water and add to the flour mixture.
3.Add oil and mix everything togheter.
4.Let it sit for about 1 hour at room temperature.
5.Prepare the tomato sauce. In a medium sauce pan heat oil over medium-low heat.

6.Add pureed tomatoes,sugar, garlic powder,oregano, bay leaf salt and pepper.
7.Cook for about 10 minutes.
8.Let cool slightly before using on your pizza.
9.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
10.Shape piece into a ball, then roll out into a circle about 30 cm in diameter.
11.Spread tomato sauce over the dough and sprinkle with oregano.
12.Spread half of the tuna chunks, red onion slices and olives over dough and place half of mozzarella slices on top.
13.Place in the preheated oven and bake until the cheese has melted and edges of crust are golden brown.
14.Garnish with fresh red onion slices and basil leaves before serving.

Pizza with Jalopeno Peppers

Ingredients
-14 ounces whole peeled tomatoes not including juices
-1 tablespoon Olive oil
-1 teaspoon Dried oregano
-1 teaspoon Dried basil
-1/2 teaspoon Salt
-1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper
-1 whole Pizza dough
-8 ounces shredded cheese
-Pepperoni
-Jalapeno peppers chopped

Directions
1.Heat oven to 220º. Drain canned tomatoes and puree in a food processor (or blender). 2.Add olive oil, oregano, dried basil, salt and pepper and pulse to combine.
3.Spread sauce over pizza dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge for the crust.
4.Add the cheese, pepperoni and chopped jalapenos
5.Bake pizza for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and the crust begins to turn golden brown.
6.Remove from the oven. Slice and serve.
