Pizza with Prosciutto, Arugula, and Parmesan

RECIPE PREPARATION

  • Preheat oven to 200°.

  • Flour baking sheet.

  • Drizzle pizza with 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Bake until crusts are brown, about 5 minutes.

  • Top pizza with prosciutto, arugula, and Parmesan.

  •  Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

 

  • Pizza dough 

  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • 7 slices of prosciutto 

  • 1 cup of arugula leaves

  • 1 cup of fresh Parmesan shavings 

  • 1 cups of cherry tomatoes
